3:25 am - Suckadelic rocks my socks!
So there's this guy who goes by the moniker of The Sucklord of Chinatown. He is best known for (aside from his unliscensed remixes) the creative bootlegging of vintage action figures, selling them as objet d'art. BRILLIANT!

Some of my favorites are Crimson Suicide, Cosmo Douche, and Another Bitch You Didn't Get To Fuck. His stuff is a bit pricey, admittedly. And I am kicking myself for not getting Cosmo Douche when he was still available.

Here's a few "commercials" for his product.

George Carlin died not too long ago from heart failure. ;_;

Man that sucks. He was always one of those 'larger than life' people you'd thought would never die. Like Superman or something.

10:56 pm - An explaination...
So I've gotten a lot of crap from people over my post about Obama the other day (not just in my LJ). I've been called a right wing-goose stepper. A spoiled rich boy. Some sort of selfish bourgeois hedonist. Others (more than one) have tried to psychoanalyze me and come to the conclusion that I'm in denial and can't handle the ugly truth, and will lash out at anybody who tried to make me aware of it.

Let me lay it out, folks.

A little about me to give you an idea of where I come from on my way of thinking:
I'm not rich. I make a little under $13 an hour at a job where I bust my ass every day. I drive a semi-nice fuel-efficient car, the primary purpose being getting me to my job, and on weekends, to visit my grandmother in the assisted living home. I live on a shoestring budget in a house with three other people.

I rarely have money for extravagances, such as DVD's, video games, or eating out at nice restraunts, unless I save up for a few paychecks. And usually those video games and DVD's end up being sold at Movie Trading Company when cash gets a little tight, especially in recent months when the gas pump is kicking my ass. Hell, if it wasn't for that phoney baloney government stimulus check (Bush's way of making himself look good on the way out of office), I'd still be using a seven year old hand-me-down Dell Optiplex PC from my mom.

Yes, I do have some mental issues. Mainly obsessive-compulsive disorder (ZOMG did I lock the door? Better check like... twenty times.), minor depression, and sometimes-crippling anxiety. Most likely stemming from a shitty four year custody battle over me between my mom and dad when I was a kid. Though I try not to dwell on the past and Cymbalta has helped me reign in my issues. God knows where I would of been without it back when my grandpa died last September.

Religion-wise, I'm agnostic with Christian leanings. There might be a God, there might not be. If there is, thanks for everything in my life, but pardon me if I go take advantage of your gift and go live it. Otherwise I have other things to worry about.

Politically, I don't lean left or right because I think all politicians are scum and both sides are crazy. I just try to discern the lesser of two evils and hope to God I made the right choice when I vote. I believe in as little government in our daily lives as reasonably possible and freedom to make your own life decisions, but at the same time, being held responsible for the outcomes of those decisions.

Conclusion:
So yes. I agree alot of Americans have gotten... for lack of a better word... decadent. And I agree that something needs to be done before things get even more fucked up. But what needs to be done is a matter of opinion. That's where individual responsibility comes into play. And I believe government mandates (IE: like what I believe Obama was implying) governing things in our lives like consumption (gas, electricity, food...) in a non-emergency situation (Lets face it, America is one of the few countries that actually creates surplus food stores every year on top of the regular stuff, and while gas prices are really high, that's more thanks to exploitations of loopholes with oil futures than any sort of energy crisis) would be counterproductive and intrusive to our freedoms and privelages as American citizens.

Bah, don't even know why I'm even trying to justify myself. Most of you already have your opinions dead-set...

Sometimes I hate Second Life, sometimes I love it.

This is one of those times I love it.

I want that Starscream av. I think I seen one on SL once. If it's the one that I'm thinking of, it has a gesture that actually transforms it.

9:00 pm - Obama lost my vote...
Pardon me. I don't normally post about politics often. But this just pissed me off immensely.

But anyways...

So I was still pretty undecided on who I was gonna vote for this November till now.

In a speech in Oregon, Obama said:
"We can't drive our SUVs and eat as much as we want and keep our homes on 72 degrees at all times and then just expect that other countries are going to say OK. That's not leadership. That's not going to happen."

Yeah. So that pretty much clinched it. Who the hell does this guy think he is?!! I'll be damned before I let the government tell me what to drive, ration my food, or tell me where to set my thermostat, all in the name of not offending the "have not" countries with our country's level of wealth and comfort. This is fucking America. A capitalist country. We work our asses off to obtain the means to pay for those SUV's, food bills, and electricity bills. When it comes to this authoritarian bullshit, homey don't play that.

At least McCain seems like a half decent candidate. Essentially a moderate Democrat that calls himself a Republican. I don't agree with all his policies, but at least he believes in as little Government intervention in peoples' lives as possible.

Edit: Just an aside. I am neither a Democrat or a Republican. I am somewhere in the middle and don't adopt either extreme. I feel all politicians are scum, be they Dem or Repub. As SouthPark put it, we'll be voting between a Giant Douche and a Shit Sandwitch. I just vote for the lesser of two evils and hope Congress and the Supreme Court do the whole checks and balances thing to keep the leash on them.

12:54 am - Schtuff...
So I finally got stimulated by the government and it felt good. Six hundred smackers and all I had to do was file for my tax return, which gave me money in the first place. ^_^

First thing I did was find a semi-affordable computer that would last me at least a few years or so till I can afford a badass God machine. I bought a $300 Gateway E-machine. It's pretty solid, especially after upgrading the memory and video card. And best of all, it's an XP machine. No crappy Vista here, folks.

And, as a little present to myself, I stopped by Gamestop yesterday and got me the PC version of Phantasy Star Universe. And good lord, is it pretty in hi-res. And best of all, characters are server-side, so I don't have to start my characters all over again. Only downside... it has Gameguard. But I since got used to that with Lineage 2 and Maple Story.

Here's a few screenies behind the cut:

Oh, and the sixth picture down... yes... that is a whip she is weilding!

Also bought a neat DS game from the Gamestop bargain bin called Dementium. Game freakin' rocks. It's like Silent Hill in FPS form. And the graphics are pretty unbelievable for a DS game. It's not recommended to play this game in the dark or before bedtime, as it's freakin' scary. Especially the worms that sound like crying babies. *shudder*

10:25 pm - Best quote EVAR!
So back on Wednesday, I started reading Robert Heinlein's "Job: A Comedy of Justice". I ran across a quote that could not have been truer.

Uh... is this Texas? Or is it hell?
Matter of opinion.
Is there a difference?
Hard to tell.

3:37 pm - Fuck oh fuck oh fuck!!!!
So I wake up about an hour and a half ago, getting ready to get some gasoline and mow the back lawn, to find the front door WIDE FUCKING OPEN and none of the animals that reside in the house nowhere to be found, aside from the kitten which is in a box. So I spent the next hour and a half running around the neighborhood in this 90 fucking degree weather. I find the adult cat prowling around in some bushes. But I can't find any of the dogs.

I hope to God my roommate took the dogs with her wherever she went...

Update: Luckily roommate had the dogs with her. Thank fucking God!!!!

12:52 am - RELIGION DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY!!!!
http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1305318/#cid:9249200

Now I'm not the most religious person out there, but good grief, this guy pisses me off on so many levels. If you don't feel like clicking that link, it's basically "BAAAAWWW I don't believe in God anymore because he won't turn me into an anthro raccoon". Seriously. This guy forsakes all faith in his diety because of this trivial (and insanely ludicrous) little thing.

For the sweet love of crap, there's people out there that have horrible diseases. There's people who have no home. There's people who's lives that are just plain shit in general. Yet this guy doesn't believe in God because he's not a fucking cartoon animal.

God is not damn Santa Clause!!! So get off your self-centered little ass and count your fucking blessings!!!!!!
